I offer individual therapy for people navigating any perinatal journey— from TTC and infertility, pregnancy loss, TFMR, birth trauma, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, to parenting experiences. I use various therapeutic modalities including parts work/IFS, ACT, and I-CBT. I am psychodynamic, attachment-focused, and relational in approach. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna and Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. I offer superbills for those claiming their out-of-network reimbursement benefits, and can walk you through this process.
